Order Tracking Information:

• A $30 address change fee may apply for incorrect addresses or deliveries to alternate addresses.

• Due to Covid-19, delivery may be delayed.

We understand the importance of timely and efficient delivery services to our valued customers, and all orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day after payment is received.

However, during peak season, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt (excluding holidays or rest days).

In order to optimize and simplify the delivery process, please note that the items in your order may be shipped at different times, depending on availability. We usually deliver orders within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates, and shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events or severe weather conditions.

If you provide an email address during checkout, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your shipment tracking number, which you can use to monitor your order directly through the carrier's website

Cancellation of Order
If you place an order with us and decide to cancel it while it is on its way, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once the package is shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from your location. Cancellation of orders is also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
