What is the babaotu policy?

babaotu accepts returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving the package. If you do not apply for a return within 14 days, unfortunately, according to our policy, we cannot help you with a refund.

If you meet our return policy, please note that if you return for personal reasons, we will not bear your return shipping costs, and the returned items and packaging must be intact.

If you return due to product failure, please take a photo or video of the item first and contact us, we will bear your return shipping costs and refund you. Or you can choose to have us re-ship and give you a discount.

How do I start the return process?

To start the return process, please send an email to and indicate your order number and the reason for the return.

What if I don't have an order number?

To find your order number, we need a valid email address, your full name, and the shipping address of the order. You can also find your order number in your babaotu account, packing slip, and order confirmation email.

How should I package my return?

Please place your return in a carton and include the order ID form inside the package. Use foam/bubble wrap to fill the extra space in the package to ensure that your item is not damaged when shipped to us. No refund will be given for returns that are damaged due to improper packaging.

The return address is provided by babaotu. Please do not send items to us without contacting us first to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary losses. Please note that our return address is not the address on the package label.

How long does it take for Reputation Room to process my return?

It takes about 3-5 business days to process the return once it arrives at our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of the return being processed. For US credit cards, it usually takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. For international credit cards, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account (sometimes it may take longer depending on the policies of your financial institution).

If I need to return my order and get a refund, do I need to return the free gift that came with it?

No :) You are free to keep any free gifts that came with your order when you purchased it.

Does babaotu offer return labels?

We do not provide shipping labels for returns except in special circumstances, and we do not cover the costs of domestic or international returns.

What if my return gets lost in the post?

We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you receive confirmation from babaotu that your package has been processed. Please be sure to take a picture of the return slip that the courier sends back, as this may help if your package gets lost on the way back to babaotu. If the item does not return safely to babaotu, no refund can be made. However, if you provide a return tracking number showing confirmed delivery to babaotu, you can file a claim.

Why didn't I receive a full refund?

Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders, please note that we may deduct this fee from your refund. In some cases, only a partial refund will be allowed.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be determined by the courier you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason.


1. If customers need to return the product, the product must be packed in the original box. If the original box is lost, the customer needs to pay an additional $15.

2. In the following two cases, customers need to bear an additional $30 shipping fee.

a. Delivery failed due to the wrong address provided by the customer when ordering

b. The customer refuses to accept the package or does not pick it up after the package arrives.
